Can I order a customized SCFE CO₂ extraction, built to my own specification?
Yes. Arceli's 300L supercritical CO₂ extraction unit is available for custom and private-label extraction work, standardized to a partner's own specification under a technical dossier agreement — not limited to the five branded ingredient technologies. Manufacturing is based in the Himalayan foothills, in the same region many of these botanicals have grown for centuries, so sourcing starts where the plant already thrives rather than shipping raw material in from elsewhere.
Do you sell plain CO₂ extracts, oleoresins and oils — not just the five branded ingredients?
Yes. Alongside the five ArcoPure™-standardized branded ingredient technologies, Arceli's extraction facility produces bulk CO₂ extracts — oleoresins and oils — available directly, for customers who want the raw extract itself rather than a fully standardized branded active or a custom-spec private-label version.

A branded ingredient (like GingActive™ or SaffInside™) is standardized on Arceli's ArcoPure™ platform to a fixed, guaranteed specification and sold under Arceli's own name. A private-label extract is custom CO₂-extracted to a partner's specification and can carry the partner's own branding. A bulk CO₂ extract (oleoresin or oil) is the raw extraction output itself, sold as-is rather than standardized or custom-matched to a spec.
Can you formulate and fill liquid products, like beverages or shots?
Yes — Arceli runs an in-house liquid filling line for beverage and herbal-shot formats, plus concentrate formats for capsule, softgel, or powder packaging, in addition to standard powder and dispersible ingredient formats.
What certifications does Arceli hold?
GMP, FSSAI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000. Arceli was also incubated at CSIR — India's Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.
Do you work with startups, or only established companies?
Both, through different paths. Product Development is built specifically for founders and startups who need a full turnkey partner. Private Label and the branded ingredient catalog serve established manufacturers who need a specification matched or an off-the-shelf standardized active.
What's the minimum order quantity or typical timeline?
Low MOQs are available on request. Pilot and launch quantities ship to the same specification and documentation as full commercial volumes — tell us the ingredient, format and target volume and we'll confirm quantity and lead time within two business days.
How do I start?
