Each production batch is assayed in the in-house R&D lab against the same fixed specification, using an analytical method matched to the compound rather than one method applied across the whole range. Arceli has standardized more than 40 phytoactives on the ArcoPure™ platform, and the platform is why the method can be compound-specific: purification and standardization are one system, not a sequence of one-off processes built per customer.

- Yes. Each production batch is assayed in Arceli's in-house lab against the fixed specification, with a method matched to the compound, and ships with its Certificate of Analysis.
- Which certifications does the facility hold?
- GMP, FSSAI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP, plus Halal and Kosher. Certificate copies are supplied with the technical dossier.
- What documentation comes with an order?
- A Certificate of Analysis for the batch, the product specification sheet, and the technical and regulatory dossier on request.
- Does the specification change with order size?
- No. Pilot and commercial volumes come off the same line under the same certifications — the spec on a sample is the spec in the drum. Low MOQs are available on request.
